About the Event

“How to Navigate Uncertain Times with a Sense of Ease and Balance”

In this 8 week Mindfulness Meditation Course you will:

  • Be safely connected with others
  • Learn breathing practices to calm you mind/body
  • Be led in guided meditations
  • Learn how to start and/or deepen your mindfulness practice
  • Receieve take home practice tips
  • Learn how to integrate the practice in your everyday life

The LIVE course will be held once per week for 8 weeks on Zoom. Once you register you will receive a link via email.
