About this Episode:
In this episode Dr. Mike Sapiro shares intimately about his personal story of healing from both addiction and trauma and what it’s like to be on the other side living a conscious life and supporting others on the path of transformation. Dr. Mike shares his perspective from various lenses including the one from a meditation/dharma teacher in which he speaks about how we can experience and personally awaken to our own basic goodness; the unbroken radiant Self that is our true nature. He shares on steps to achieve this and the catalyst to what he believes makes it happen which is LOVE. Mike shares how opening up to our own self love is what makes healing and transformation possible. We also dive into the work of expanded human capabilities and opening up to the mysteries of the universe that are all around us when we quiet the mind and go within.
